Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase on our online site. Please be aware ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you need to exchange your merchandise because of size or your merchandise arrives damaged, THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER will exchange your goods for the cost of reshipping the item. Please call Customer Support at 1-877-846-7238 or via e-mail at returns@threeriversfun.com to receive a return authorization number.

The products must be shipped to THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER in their original packaging. Merchandise must be in as-new condition, and include all packaging materials such as user's guides, accessories, and any other items originally included with the product.

Photo Orders: There are NO EXCHANGES on photo orders. Please be sure you have the correct DATE, RIVER & PHOTO NUMBER.

Shipping Policy

THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER strives to ship orders within 3-5 business days dependent upon product availability. THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER can ship to any address within the U.S. THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER will ship to U.S. Territories outside of the 50 states such as U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico for an additional fee.

THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER offers two (2) shipping options for Internet orders: Standard UPS Ground and U.S. Mail Service. All orders are dependent upon product availability. Products may occasionally go on backorder due to unexpected demand for the product, in which case THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER will contact customers via e-mail within 5 business days unless notification of the delay is stated in the shopping cart area.
