The Forks Outdoor Fun Resort (For Kennebec and Dead River Trips) and The Penobscot River Outpost (for Penobscot River Guests). Both Facilities have everything you need with rafting, lodging, The Boatman's Bar and Grille and nightlife at both Facilities as well as many other activities.
Plus, just added this year near the Forks Outdoor Fun Resort is the very comfortable Inn By the River. Now you have three great choice locations with many levels of accommodations.
The Forks Outdoor Fun Resort
Located on the Kennebec River, our resort in The Forks has everything you would want to complete your Three Rivers adventure. In our renovated farmhouse and barn, we have created the center for entertainment and fun. Our newly expanded restaurant and pub, The Boatman's Bar and Grill, includes indoor/outdoor dining, a well-stocked pub, a game room for your relaxation. Also for your convenience, we have added a gift shop and guest service area to answer any questions you may have during your stay with Three Rivers.
The Penobscot River Outpost, Millinocket
Located just outside the town of Millinocket near the Penobscot River and Mt. Katahdin, Maine's highest peak, is our 26 acre Penobscot Outpost. From this spacious facility we offer single and multi-day river trips on Maine's most adventurous and only true Class V river The Penobscot. We also offer challenging runs on the Seboomook River and the Canada Falls section of the Penobscot AND skydiving with Jump & Raft just up the road at the airport.

Inn by the River is nestled on a bluff overlooking the Kennebec River in the Forks, Maine, the heart of outdoor recreation. Fly fishing; spin casting; whitewater canoeing, kayaking, and rafting; trail hiking; mountain biking; golfing; and theater are all at our doorstep. In the winter, snowmobilers find a warm retreat after a day on the trails which cross our backyard. From the fisherman in the spring to nature lovers in the fall to snowmobilers in the winter, our hospitality is always welcoming.
